Things I like - Tuna

Hope I don't disappoint, but this entry will contain no exercise specifics. I have decided to take an entry or two every once in a while to talk about the things I like. And this, my friends, is the first contribution of that sort. So, have a look, I hope you will appreciate my choices and perhaps, you will find something new that you may enjoy as well.

Chicken of the Sea Tuna Cups
These Tuna Cups come in a two pack. The carton says they are "Premium Chunck Light Tuna in Water. Ready-To-Eat! No Draining Required." And, I whole-heartedly agree. I have taken to eating these as a quick snack in the middle of the day, and/or as my post workout food+protein to begin the muscle recovery/rebuild process. One Tuna cup plus two or three wheat crackers is a fabulous thing.

Simple. Convenient. Inexpensive. Tasty. The CotS Tuna Cup meets all my requirements for a must have item in my food arsenal. Not sure if you like tuna; but if you do, the Tuna Cup comes highly recommended.
