Tuesday is Leg Day

With Udall soccer fields closed for the next two months, we had to relocate our training sessions to Townsend Middle school. That combined with the fact the the U-18s are done, means that my Tuesday is done at 8:00p and I have enough time to make it to the gym to workout.

Back on schedule (somewhat). Which means that Tuesday is leg day. I think I skipped legs last week which is a guarantee that if I work legs with anything more than mild intensity, I will be sore for the next 2 - 3 days. Can't let that stop me though. My legs are due for a intense session.

Workout:
Squat 2 x 10 @ 135 lbs, 2 x 8 @ 185 lbs, 1 x 8 @ 205 lbs
Cleans 5 x 5 @ 135 lbs
V-Squats 3 x 8 @ 90 lbs
LegPress 4 x 8 @ 200 lbs

A post workout snack of Tuna + wheat crackers and a couple of scoops of Nitrean mixed with a cup of apple juice and 2 cups water. Time for bed.
