Anyone else getting nostalgic? Seriously though, tonight's strength training was just about a nice and eazy session to tidy up some loose ends. A little core work, and a little bicep top off to round out the training week.
Workout:
Cable Woodchop 4 x 15 @ 50 lbs
Cable Lawnmower pull 4 x 15 @ 45 lbs
Cable Torso Twist 4 x 12 @ 30 lbs
Barbell Curls 4 x 8 @ 65 lbs
Dumbbell Hammer Curls 3 x 8 @ 25 lbs
Preacher Curls (machine) 4 x 10 @ 80 lbs
Medicine ball Crunch w/ overhead extension 15, 10, 10, 8, 8, 6
And just like that it was all over. Nice, smooth and productive. Just the way I like it. Boy you should have known by now, Eazy duz it.
