Woke up late this morning, which means I didn't get to the gym until almost 6:30a. Still hobbling along with my pulled hamstring... gettting old still sucks.

10 plank push-ups
3 x 10 Hanging smith-bar rows
10 side-to-side push-ups
10 squat thrusts
40 mountain climbers

10 plank push-ups
30 mountain climbers
Basketball court runs
